I am able to bill insurance if there is 'medical necessity' (we complete a diagnostic assessment and a mental health diagnosis is on file).
I would highly recommend researching your insurance coverage and benefits so you have a good idea of what to expect your insurance plan to cover for psychotherapy services.

I abide by the No Surprises Act and am upfront about my pricing. I will provide transparent information about service cost to ensure clients are financially prepared for services elected.
Couples Counseling

Private Pay
Don't have coverage? You have the option to pay at a cash rate. Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept HSA, card payments, cash, or check.
First diagnostic session: $300
Individual sessions (60 min): $190
Individual sessions (45 min): $175
Couples sessions (60 min): $200
Couples sessions (90 min): $275
Group Therapy: Pricing dependent on group
Consultation and Education: Cost is based on agreed upon contract
Telehealth
Don't live in Fargo? I am able to practice within the state of North Dakota, so as long as you are located in ND for your session, we are able to have our sessions over video.
